Benjamin was very responsive, punctual and was prompt in fixing the issue. He told the estimated cost for the fix before starting any work. Also the visit charge was credited towards the cost for the fix. Overall a good experience and will use the services again if needed.
Quality work
I am impressed with how knowledgable and skilled Benjamin is. He replaced our high ceiling chandelier so efficiently. I will definitely use him again for future electrical needs.
Benjamin did a great job replacing a kitchen power outlet in a small behind-the-wall switch box. He explained how he was able to fit the outlet in place by cutting the heavy wires to shorter lengths, and by using smaller twist nuts.
Benjamin did an excellent job; he installed 2 fans, answered my questions and tided up the rooms. Thank you!
Thank you for your excellent customer service and quality of work! My ceiling fan looks beautiful and works like a pro! Now I can cool myself down this summer!
Benjamin was very easy to work with. I will definitely consider hiring again when needed.
After fan was installed it wobbled so bad it would be unusable not sure whose fault that was but now I have to take the fan back to Lowes
Benjamin did a great job on installation of my outside light fixture. I did have to ask for an obviously needed silicone sealer to be put around the fixture base and the outside wall.
Benjamin form Sparkye showed up early within the appointment window to install three overhead light fixtures. He did the work quickly and without any issues. I'll be contacting Sparkye again if other electrical needs arise.
Benjamin was fantastic! He arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. He was very professional and installed the fan without any hiccups and cleaned up after him. I'm very happy!
Never showed up for our appointment to provide an estimate. Most unprofessional and uncommunicative pro I’ve ever interacted with on Thumbtack.
Great job installing the ceiling fan
The technician communicated well and was on time. I'm pleased with the speed and quality of the installation of our new ceiling fan. He cleaned up the work area as well.
Benjamin was very responsive and gave us a free inspection and estimate. He was about to complete the emergency installation in time for us to have a new washer/dryer delivered on Monday. I will definitely call him again!
Excellent service, methodical and clean. Highly recommend
Benjamin was prompt in responding, offered a competitive quote and completed the project quickly. I appreciated how he explained the constraints behind certain aspects of the project and the options for working around them. I would gladly work with him again on my next electrical project.
I was in the middle of a remodel and needed help making several electrical changes, including adding extra switches and multiple outlets. Benjamin was fantastic to work with: professional, informative, quick, and very clean. His pricing is also extremely reasonable. I had some very specific requirements for the project, and he was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted. The quality of his work really shows. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Benjamin again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommended!
Benjamin was quick to respond, offered best rates with free estimates and showed up quickly. He is a professional and finished up the work before the estimated time and did help with few other stuffs for no extra charges. I would definitely hire him again.
