About Spates Construction LLC

I have been in business for 20 years with my father. I grew up working on construction projects with his business. He passed away and felt the urge to continue what he started. I am a licensed, insured and bonded contractor. I have all of the tools to get the job done. My focus is quality. I never cut corners, even when its more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure your 100% happy.

Reviews

“We hired Spates Construction LLC to put up a 300ft cedar fence and we absolutely love it! He was very clean and professional. We went with him based on the other bids, he was right in the middle with pricing and we are glad we did. We will be returning with any future home projects we have. You get what you pay for these days”
