I'm absolutely thrilled with the carpet installation on my staircase! The team was professional, efficient, and truly understood the vision I had for my home. They worked diligently to ensure a flawless finish, and the result is stunning. The carpet looks amazing, and I'm so impressed with how it transformed the look of my staircase. The whole process was stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch carpet installation!

Reviews
Hired Quentin to redo all my floors and repaint all of the rooms and I normally don’t leave reviews but him and his crew did a great job! I will be using him for all my other properties and upcoming projects
My experience was 50/50 The job the contractor was hired to do came out A+ His professionalism was very good as well. The only problem I had was his professional ethics. I’m a business 33 year entrepreneur who has been around the block and when I receive service I expect ethics to be upheld. The contractor left a couple things in my home needing repair that were fine before he stepped foot in my home and he failed to take accountability for the things that were clearly broken during his install, suggesting payment to repair…so, I’m paying repairs that were not broken before the job? The things broken were minor and could’ve easily been taken care of by him, but he chose to shift the burden, unprofessional…when I allow contractors in my home I expect things to be left as they were upon arrival, now I’m purchasing things I didn’t have to before the project. He’s a good hire, just watch what’s going on…
Great to work with. Exceptional customer service and quality of work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has flooring needs.
Completed our stairs and did a phenomenal job. He was able to give me a quote quickly, it wasn’t astronomical like most of the other contractors were trying to charge, he was pleasant and respectful in my home. I wish I had more work at this time for him to do! Definitely will hire again
Great work! Professional communicative on time and high-quality work. We needed a quick fix of carpet replacement in our master closet and it was done in a couple hours. We will definitely be using this company again. Should the need a rise!
Top tier customer service, very professional, and amazing quality work!!! If you need work done, dont hesitate, just call. From the moment I reached out for the quote and even after yhe job was done, we had a wonderful experience and we love our new floors. 5 stars all the way!
I could not be happier with the laminate flooring installation in my home. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Quentin arrived on time worked efficiently and paid great attention to detail. He took the time to prep the area, ensured the underpayment was installed properly. Not only does the floor look beautiful. It feels sturdy and high quality underfoot. I have real hardwood in the rest of the house no one could tell the difference. I was so impressed I immediately scheduled an install on my home office/gym.
Quentin from Spates did a phenomenal job installing the flooring in our mud room. We’re very happy with how it turned out and strongly recommend this company.
This company went the extra mile is the quality of work. Thank you so much.
