I had hardwood floor that desperately needed to be refinished and they came out wonderful! The team showed up on time and sanded an area to show me stain options. I could not believe the outcome, the floors look incredible. I choose a matte finish with a mix of Jacobean and gray. I highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job to repair & refinish the hard wood floor. They worked efficiently and showed a professional attitude. Were detailed enough to finish the work and clean up well after the job is done. I already recommended them to my neighbor. We will definitely hire them for another project in the future.

I recently bought a home for with hardwood floors. The floors were in amazing condition, but unfortunately a color I disliked. Radu was very quick to answer the many questions I had about refinishing my floors. After many quotes, I moved forward with Special Floors Inc. I sent an image of a floor color I loved. He matched it perfectly. Radu did an amazing job refinishing my hardwood floors at a fair price. I highly recommend this company!

I had Radu rip up some old tile and refinish the wood floors that were underneath. He did a wonderful job, was honest and upfront with me every step of the way. He showed up on time each day and finished the job exactly when he said he would. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their floors re-done.

I absolutely love ❤️ my floors! When I phoned Radu and told him that I saw two minor imperfections after he installed over 1600 square feet, and sanded and stained approximately 2900 square feet of flooring he said he would be at my home within a couple hours. The experience with special floor has been easy, and outstanding. The quality of the work is exceptional Radu really cares about the end product I without an doubt highly recommend Special Floors.

No complaints! good value, good response, great work, and seemed to care about the final product

Radu was very responsive and great about answering any questions I had. My floors came out beautifully, and his pricing is very reasonable. His service and quality of work can’t be beat, especially at his prices. I recently bought a condo that had a lot of very worn parts of the floor. Radu sanded and buffed the floors and used two layers of oil varnish (I was there later in the day after they applied it and the fumes/smell wasn’t too bad) and they look brand new! I’m including before and after photos of the same area.

I cannot even begin to describe what an amazing job Special Floor Inc. did on my floors. I originally had carpet in my master bedroom, but after a structural issue was fixed, we decided to add hardwood to match the rest of the house. Radu responded promptly to my request for a quote, and any question I had there after. He not only matched the wood perfectly to what was there, he also had to match the stain that I had in the rest of the house. Most home owners pick a standard stain, but mine was a mix of two different colors. He mixed the color exactly and now my floors look as if they were refinished at the same time. I will be hiring this company for all my future flooring needs, not only for their quality professionalism and responsiveness, but also for their price. They really can't be beat in all aspects!

FIVE STAR service! Look no further if you are looking for a floor guy. As mentioned in all the other posts, Radu was always on site and on time and explained everything in detail pre and post construction. I am very particular but couldn't be happier with the finished product! I will certainly recommend Radu to anyone I know that is looking for new installation or refinishing.

Did a great job! The floors look wonderful! Only negative is that some of our new walls got dinged and dust. Overall, we’re happy with the craftsmanship of the floor.

Radu and his team laid down and finished new hardood floors for us in two larger bedrooms + 3 walkin closets. He was incredibly responsive, prompt, well priced, the site was cleaned up, and most importantly the floors look great. Of all the contractors I've worked with this was probably the best experience I've had - he did what he said with high quality and provided good customer service.
