I recently hired Thomas Douglass to install a new mailbox post for rural delivery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, he was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about USPS requirements for rural setups. He took the time to ensure the post was properly anchored, level, and positioned at the correct height and distance from the road—no shortcuts, just solid craftsmanship. What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for the property. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job and even offered tips on maintaining the post over time. The mailbox looks great and feels sturdy enough to withstand Florida weather. I’d highly recommend Thomas Douglass to anyone needing reliable, quality work done around the home.
Great service very responsive fair price and completed the job the next day
i was great
Was very respectful about our weird work schedule and was understanding when the job was a bit bigger than expected. Put in the work and hours to get it done quickly and professionally
They did an amazing job assembling and installing my accordion barn doors in two rooms and also fixed plumbing issues. I would recommend Specialists construction services to family and friends and I will be using them again in the future.
Company scheduled time and date, never showed up, once we asked we got a reply stating they will not make it and we can reschedule.
Would NOT hire again. Very unprofessional and overcharges.
Thomas was amazing! We needed two kitchen backsplashes put in and a bathroom niche redone due to poor installation. Thomas showed up on short notice and took time to ensure it was done right. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He even cleaned up his work area .. which is rare in this industry. He patched up the work from the previous installation. I can’t say enough positive things. Would hire again in a heartbeat!
Thomas was hard to pin down at first. I think he was tying up other jobs. It took a while to get him here, but when he went to work he gave it his all. He has a kind and mellow disposition. He was respectful and went with the flow when I changed the scope of the project on him. Overall I would use him again.
