The best experience with Jake, Fantastic job. I tried 2 other companies for opening/closing...not the best experience at all. I checked a lot of pricing/services for comparison and Jake outshine and outdelivered. Kept me in the loop with arrival time and gave honest feedback and guidance on the pool. Will be getting a heat pump and tension fence installed with him come next season.

Excellent job opening pool and replacing necessary equipment!
Stick to a schedule, stop promising to show up and then don’t. If you were overbooked you shouldn’t have taken in any more jobs. Very unprofessional to say get someone else if I want it done sooner when it’s been over 2 weeks.
Jake was polite and considerate. He has professional knowledge and skill, and was happy to share that both when on the job and also by phone in order to help us with our pool issue. He was willing to respond to questions even after he left, and his fee is reasonable, as well.
Jake did an excellent job! My winter cover collapsed into pool with a ton of leaves. It looked like a swamp. With patience Jake brought it back so within a few days we were swimming in the pool again. Thanks Jake for a great job!
Jake was awesome!! Responded right away and came the first day! He also was very knowledgeable and taught me how to maintain the pool the correct way. Overall I highly recommend him and will be using him moving forward!
except for being late and forgetting to notify me of that, his work was excellent, did more than I thought he would do and was very efficient and professional...will use him again in the future. Thanks VinnieP
He got back to me right away but made a few appointments which he didn’t keep and the last time didn’t even notify me he was not coming. Not reliable.
Scheduled appointment to do a cleaning and didn’t show up the day of
Jake was great. He responded quickly and was able to accommodate my emergency. He spent a long time to do the job and cleaned my pool until it was sparkling clean.
