I scheduled for cleaning and they rescheduled my appointment twice. I decided to decline their services because they wanted me to accommodate their schedule.
Would not recommend. Their team short-changed our booking by half the time so they could squeeze in another job. They gave us less than 2 hrs notice. Unorganized, inconsiderate, unprofessional. This experience ruined the day. It's our daughter's 15th birthday. This cleaning was a gift to our entire family. I'm heartbroken as we really needed support and care today.

You changed your policy after we agreed on a job. The workers left in my house without completing the job, including leaving laundry in the washer and dryer. They also asked my husband for additional funds beyond the payment that I gave the company.

The work of the cleaners was awesome! They were on time, patient, and very detail oriented. My house was sparkling after they left so bravo to the ladies! I will say the finalized receipt shocked me a bit. Granted they stayed a couple of hours over and they upgraded to a deep clean, I never got a finalized invoice with line items to account for what exactly I was paying for. What started out to be $55/hr turned out to be a $550 charge on my card and they weren’t there for 12hrs.
I needed a cleaning crew in a pinch as my regular cleaning lady wasn't available and I was able to book a team of 2 for the very next day. Although a flat tire made them very late, their quality of work, attitude & flexibility made up for it. The estimate of two hours wasn't enough so I did have to pay for 3 hours (they only take credit cards, online). They brought their own cleaning materials but I preferred that they use mine which was fine with them. I would recommend Spotless Cleaning based on this first visit.
5 star experience! They were able to accommodate a last minute request for a deep cleaning and got me on the schedule for the next day. I received updates and photos throughout the cleaning when I was away from home. The communication put me at ease for sure. I highly recommend Spotless Elite Cleaning!
