Although I was not able to use Spotless STL (issue on my end, not theirs!), I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Their quote was VERY reasonable, and they were a pleasure to work with during the estimate process. A very positive experience!

Reviews
We have been using this cleaning company for a little over a month now, and I couldn't be happier! We started with a deep clean, which was absolutely FANTASTIC! Jessie has been our regular cleaner ever since, and she does a wonderful job. The team is always punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient, and our house looks amazing after every visit. They are also wonderful with our pets, which is a huge plus! Communication with the office has been excellent, with quick responses to any questions or messages. It has been such a great experience from the very beginning, and I highly recommend them!
I had a great experience with this cleaning service the first couple of times, which made my last experience especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of the last cleaning fell well below my expectations. I got home and couldn’t even tell they had come. I followed up to express my concerns, but other than a written apology there was no effort made to address the issues or offer to return and make things right. I had hoped for better customer service, especially after my previous positive experiences. It was $200 poorly spent. Will never use again.
They haven't cleaned my house yet, but the estimate, communication and professionalism has been great.
I am really pleased we found SptolessSTL. We moved from another service and really like the people we have had thus far. They are punctual, detail-oriented, have excellent communication, and they make our home look amazing.
