A+ in quick response, openess to listening, non-judgmental, professional style. She was amazing with listening, not being pushy and taking what I wanted to see vs pushing another agenda or style on me. She also was amazing with wanting to use what I have already and love vs tossing it all out and starting all over like others have tried to push. I think that all folks in this industry have to be part therapist and really listen and observe - she watched how I acted in my space and really made me feel heard while bringing in style. Pretti was amazing to work with. I hired her for a complicated commerical project and she was able to give me bunch of ideas that worked great for the space. She has great understanding of using spaces properly, colors and the most helpful service she provides is where to buy premium furniture and fixtures at very very good prices.
