Square Soft Restoration is a great company. They are client focus and their work is out standing. This company made sure to protect valuables in the work area from debris and their cleanup process is on point.
Barry is a consummate professional. I reached out for mold remediation because a different contractor (waterproofing) told us we had mold in our basement, which we didn’t know about. Barry recommended we get unbiased testing before engaging him, and recommended a 3rd party air quality and mold testing vendor. The test came back saying we didn’t have any mold or air quality issues, which Barry quickly reviewed and verified. While we didn’t utilize Barry’s services, his integrity in working with us left a phenomenal impression on me. If we ever needed remediation services in the future, I’d call Barry immediately.
Technicians were prompt and took the time to explain the cause of the mold in our upstairs ceiling and how best to avoid its reoccurrence going forward. They resolved the current problem as well.
I'd say value for money and he didn't over exaggerate the water damage and gave me a fair price and I know that because few other contractors were telling me completely opposite of what Barry mentioned or did. Hes the guy

Been meaning to write this review for several months now but if I could say one thing - just hire them!! Barry and his team were amazing. This is our first home and right away we had ac air duct leaks that required removal of all sheet rock in the bottom floor ceiling and remediation. Barry was super responsive, very careful with our home and his cleaners are top notch. He was also able to recommend us to a great contractor who is now our go to for all house related items. Barry also helped advise us on navigating insurance and pitfalls to watch out for. I know choosing a remediation company is so stressful but he is truly the best! Thank you Barry!!

Basement flooding isn't something you want to spend a lot of time taking care of. Square Soft understands this. They responded quickly to my need and got to work on it right away. They removed a considerable amount of standing water out of the basement in a very short time and left effective drying units to complete the process of drying out the floor and carpet to the point where you couldn't tell it had rained. Throughout the process they were prompt, courteous and professional. I feel very good about having hired them.

I had mold all over my storage unit and rotten wood by the time they were finished, my storage room looked almost brand new!! Thanks soo much!
They quoted me a "lower" price for the work and ,in turn, gave me lower quality service. I was in the process of selling my home and needed a vapor barrier and touch up treatment for mold in my crawlspace. The buyer hired a home nspector and he documented that the vapor barrier was inadequately installed. I also had to go into the crawlspace during the work and point out many areas that were missed in regard to the mold remediation. I also found white over spray on my siding and sidewalk outside the crawlspace doors. After the fact, I asked this company multiple times to provide me with some sort of documentation that they corrected these issues. They did not!
