On time, courteous, and within an hour I had my old kitchen ceiling light removed and a new one installed.
Arrived at time we agreed upon , looked over what need to be done and solved my lighting fixture in my bathroom by updating lighting. Very pleased.

I had a scheduled appointment with a large electrical company between 0800 - 1200. About 1100 I received a text message stating the technician was running late and they would call when they were on the way. At 1430 I called them back stating it was now 2.5 hours past the scheduled time. An hour and a half later they called and said they had to cancel, and they rescheduled me for the next day. About an hour after that they called back and said they had to cancel, and it would be 2 days before they could come out. I then Contacted SRQ about 1700, he came to my home about an hour later, he quickly figured out the issue, bought the necessary switches and plugs, and was done about 30 minutes later. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend SRQ!!!
