I appreciate SRS’s prompt response and flexible scheduling, especially since they traveled more than 80 miles for the job. However, the work was not completed: the faucet waterline was damaged, the cold-water valve was left leaking, and the water filter was left unconnected. Despite these issues, I still paid 90% of the agreed price. I also think Thumbtack should reconsider allowing such a large service radius, or at least clearly warn customers when a contractor is traveling from such a long distance, as this can make follow-up visits and resolving unfinished work much more difficult.

He came on time, and replaced faucet, but faucet alignment was not proper. He did not follow installation instuctions, and now faucet was completely loose, i had to do it myself. There is clip whick keeps it in place but because he took all the box and materials i cannot fix it myself. Not good experience, keep box with owner and let then trash. Follow installation instuctions, all faucets are not same.
