Contacted Lawrence on a Friday, expecting to have to wait until the next week to replace my water heater. He had an estimate for me in no time at all and set an appointment after I got home from work the same day. Was polite and professional, swapped out the water heater, stuck around to make sure it started heating as expected, and even sent me a text the next morning to make sure it was fully operational and didn’t cause any problems during the first night after install. Went to great lengths to avoid scuffing up my floors while moving a 200 pound water heater all the way across the house and cleaned up the mess when he was done.

Horrible experience- Gave falsehoods about progress under the house , then tried to attempt to want change more than 3 times more before doing any pipe work . More concerned about paying up front then does not show to complete job with excuses each day for several days while no drain. Had to take a loss and find a honest & reliable plumber .

The company was very responsive, which I appreciated. However, I ultimately decided not to move forward with their service. When I tried to explain that I simply needed my kitchen faucet tightened, the representative repeatedly interrupted and made assumptions about what might be wrong instead of listening to my explanation. I had already shared that the faucet was installed without the proper wrench, which is why it’s loose—nothing more. It’s important for service providers to first listen to the customer’s concerns before offering solutions or opinions. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here, and I chose not to proceed because of it.
I appreciate the repair service I will definitely call again.
