First they called and called to get me to commit to a date. I asked them to please text not call. they ignored it. When I finally answered and asked them PLEASE to text me, they did. after quite a few texts to confirm that they have experience with grout cleaning - because NO WHERE in their website does it say that they actually do tile and grout cleaning - we set on a date - today. First the guy was an hour and a half late and couldnt find parking. ( I live in NOLITA/SOHO which is apparent from my address). Everyone should know its a hard place to park. Then the guy asked if I had an elevator. When I said I didnt he said he was only one guy and couldnt get the equipment up the stairs. He said he would talk to the manage and get back to me. He didnt. I just got a refund of my deposit with NO explanation. When I called they said they couldnt do it. WHY DIDNT THEY ASK IF I HAD AN ELEVATOR in one of the MANY texts. I wasted a day moving things out of my kitchen and waiting for them. FOR NOTHING.

Great service, professional and worked fast with quality work.
I had a great experience with Stain Steamers. My mattress was in urgent need of a deep cleaning, and John truly came to the rescue. He was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. I am very grateful for the service and the results. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be using Stain Steamer again to clean my couch and rugs. Thanks again, John and the Stain Steamer team.
Amazing job! Quick responses, great price. John was super professional. Loved how my dining chairs and sectional came out. Will definitely be using again
Very highly recommend this professional company. My sofa and loveseat look brand new. It was terribly soiled and stained. You will not be disappointed. Here is before and after pictures.
My experience with Stain Steamer was top tier to say the least! The booking process was super easy as the representative responds quickly. I had to reschedule few days before and they were so accommodating. The professional sent to perform the service, Alex was AMAZING! He over delivered and absolutely exceeded my expectations! I was considering buying a new couch, but Alex brought my couch back to life!!! I booked with this company based on their instagram page. I urged everyone to check it out! The page is fabulous, but the result were better than the pictures! I’m definitely booking for carpet and mattress cleaning.
Awesome!!
Absolutely amazing!! Alex from StainSteamer worked complete magic cleaning this sofa, it looks and feels brand new! There was a large chocolate stain that is completely gone. I look forward to working with Alex again next time, thank you so much!!
Alex was punctual and I don't know how he did it, but he revived a very old carpet and oh my goodness, my sofa has returned to it's original glory! Can't say enough. Alex has great patience and is amazingly thorough and a great asset to your company! Thank you!
Excellent, thorough, professional service. Highly recommend.
Amazing service. Looks amazing and such a nice person!
I’m very satisfied with the service and the work that was done with my furniture. This company was very responsive , very professional and did a great job !!! I’ll definitely be using them in the future.
The technician did a marvelous job in cleaning my white wall to wall carpet. He got up mysterious spots. He was so helpful, kind, and skilled. I am booking again for six months from now to be sure I keep my place looking as good as it does now.
Abdu was great. I had several cat piss stains and so much dust accumulated because of home renovations I was doing and he got it all out! It smells amazing and looks so white! I got it second hand as well so it looks brand new now. The pictures speak for itself, ask for Abdu specifically! He’s a great technician 😊 and I’m very happy with my service
I’m glad that I chose Stain Steamer. I just had my carpet cleaned by Hasan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! The technician did an outstanding job—my area rug looks brand NEW. I also didn’t realize how dirty my sofa was, and he handled that as well with great care. The entire process was seamless, and Hasan ensured everything was handled promptly and professionally. Highly recommend Hasan and Stain Steamer services! 5/5 stars for sure!! 🤩 Attached: a photo of the dirty water collected after steaming the sofa. And a photo of my sofa cleaned and renewed.
Responsive professional helpful right from the start. Cannot recommend enough. They came all the way from NJ to upstate NY. Cleaned the back and front of my linen sofa wearing shoe covers for the whole hour.
Did an amazing job, my couch looks & smells brand new, would definitely book them again.
