I don’t trust nor recommend Stand Fast LLC. The first assignment was a disaster. There won’t be a second chance for this company. The maid was incompetent and negligent. She skimmed over the surface and call it done. She left trash in bins, the stove was untouched and dust only a few things and ignore the rest. She doesn’t know how to drain water from the bathtub nor empty a vacuum cleaner dust container. I had to finish her job after she left.

My I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. During a four-hour scheduled cleaning at my property and arriving an hour and a half late without notice, the work was not completed as represented. After your employee “Keisha” arrived she immediately complained to me about being hungry and tired when needing assistance to gain entry into the linen closet. My unit ended up with the same soiled sheets and towels being left in place for my incoming Airbnb guests, laundry was reported as stored and put away but was not placed in the closet, bathroom fixtures were not reinstalled on the sink as she confirmed when I initially pointed it out, a dirty rug was left on the floor, and the floors were not properly cleaned. Additionally, all clear trash bags were removed from both units without any explanation and are still missing. Several tasks were marked as completed when they clearly were not, which raises serious concerns about accuracy and accountability. I require photo documentation after cleanings specifically to avoid situations like this; however, not all required photos were provided in this instance. Due to the condition the property was left in, I was forced to arrange and pay for an emergency re-clean to protect my guests and my business. To add insult to injury you planned to charge me $250 for future turnovers because of your own oversights, even though you provided a thorough checklist of tasks that “your staff already performs” and clearly does not come close to your basic standards. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s quality control and oversight, and I would not recommend their services based on this encounter.

Precious and Sasha exceeded expectations. I was unsure of what to expect with the initial cleaning service and having been let down by other cleaning companies in the past but these ladies showed up with their own cleaning supplies and immediately go to work! The home looks and smells amazing. I cannot recommend Standfast LLC enough!! Thank you!

Great job and worked with me when I had trouble getting the water on in a newly purchased house. It was my fault but they kept it professional and made sure I had a clean house. Highly recommended.
I hate to leave negative reviews but as someone who relies heavily on reviews to hire services I feel I need to share my experience… I hired Stand Fast to do a move out/in clean which is where they do a deep clean of home that is empty. I am pregnant so I was very careful to make sure they would be doing a thorough clean job. I had them send me the checklist before to ensure that they would be performing the deep level of clean I was looking for (disinfecting, inside cabinets, light fixtures, baseboards, etc) After the cleaning, I did a walk through and was very disappointed. I had them re clean a few a major things but did not have the time to have them fix it all as I had a UHAUL in the driveway. The shower still had pink mold, hair, and soap scum. The counters were only half wiped down… with large dried water stains. The kitchen cabinets were nearly wiped down but the insides were not even touched full of the previous owners hair and old food. They swiffered but didn’t sweep the baseboards so there was dirt and debris along all baseboards. They did just the minimum amount so a zoomed out photo would look clean. I had to spend hours with my family cleaning it myself so we could unpack our stuff and use the bathrooms/kitchen. When reaching out to the company to rectify the situation, they only offered a re-clean which wasn’t necessary since I had to re-clean it myself or a $30 discount…. They offered me a discount based on the number of photos I took. lol…. When I wanted to discuss potentially a larger discount based on the amount of work they didn’t do they CHARGED MY CARD ON FILE ANYWAYS!! I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this company. Photos of the AFTER pictures that they told me were not “evidence”
