I had to cancel our appointment due to a family emergency, and afterward, the pro attempted to charge me a $150 cancellation fee that was never disclosed before scheduling. There was no mention of this fee in writing or in our communication. Thumbtack support confirmed I’m not responsible for paying any undisclosed charges. Also, it doesn’t make sense to charge more for a cancellation than for the estimate itself, which was $100. Make sure everything is clearly stated before moving forward.

The technician had a few delays in making an appointment due to his work load and the Christmas holidays, however we were able to work out a date that worked for him. He arrived on time, and communicated with us throughout the installation process. He did excellent work and assured us that if there were any problems, we could call him back.
Great install late in evening but still stayed to finish up staying late. Good job.
