Answer their phone. Answer messages. Answer emails. We have a Covid lockdown where I lived and he is not answering any of my calls or texts, so I don’t know if he is still coming tomorrow. The Senior living, the neighborhood of Vestavia hills is the name of where I lived. We have an appointment tomorrow at 10:00 and he can’t come in. I want to change to July 23 rd at 10:00.

Allen, did the job the same day I know that can’t always happen but he was super responsive and communicative very detailed about what he would perform along with the cost accordingly and upfront. No surprises or hidden fees. He seems to have thought out the entire job from A-to-Z prior to coming out and addressed all possible concerns or possible issues he might encounter. On time and on budget. Not something that happens very often with different contracts or a Handyman. Very Impressive. Thank you Allen
Allen came with solutions for a project I felt was difficult!!!!
We had a fantastic experience with the install of our dishwasher. He was timely, a great communicator, and extremely knowledgeable. We will be calling for all other home needs!
Had tile lifting in kitchen due to poor prep and execution from another contractor who I won't be using ever again... Very happy with the work provided, he's professional and knows what he's doing. Very reasonable price as well, definitely recommended! Thank you very much for your help!
Allen was quick to respond with an estimate and to do the work. I was impressed that he had a drone and could capture high def photography of my project which he transferred to me promptly. Definitely would hire him again!
Very responsive and let us know everything from start to finish!
I would highly recommend Start 2 Finish! We hired them for a painting job at my office to correct work done by the previous company. As the company's name state, from the beginning to the end, Alan communicated through the entire process and made sure I was satisfied. I'm a business owner and know the importance of communication and doing what you say you're gonna do. Great example of how it should be.
