About Start Remodeling, LLC, Spokane Office

We are a small, family owned and operated, fully licensed residential general contractor serving Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Our team has over 30 years of experience with renovations in all phases of residential construction and outdoor living spaces. We update, redesign and expand homes–from a small bathroom remodel to a whole-home renovation. New fixtures and appliance installations? Check. New countertops, hardwood flooring and new windows? Check. How about new outdoor kitchens, pavilions, pergolas and decks? Absolutely! Fences, too. We also restore homes damaged by water, fire and dry rot. We remove all damaged material, clean the area completely and rebuild floors, walls and ceilings. We take great pride in actively preserving environmental resources through an intensive on-the-job materials recycling system. “Warren and his team were professional, hardworking and extremely good at communicating. They are the kind of guys that everyone wants to hire but no one can find! I would without a doubt hire them again.” Lisa W. "Could not be happier. They were honest and creative, helping me make up my mind about what I wanted in the context of my financial situation. The work was excellent, great communication, and very flexible. Will definitely hire again." Theresa G. "Warren is great to work with, professional and accommodating. Goes out of his way to deliver a good value." Amy M. "Warren did a great job and was very flexible. Would definitely use him again in an instant!" Matie M. "Excellent customer service and communication. Will most definitely refer them to others for their outstanding work!" John W.
