Water softener was leaking. Dan squeezed me in late in the day, going out of his way to get to my house. He repaired my unit within 15 minutes. Professional and reasonable price.

Stasis was phenomenal. They were able to undo the mess previously installed. All for a very very reasonable fee. You get what you pay for, but I think I got a bit more because the service, install and responsiveness was over the top!

I would have selected all of the reasons for giving 5 stars if I could, as this was great value and Dan was punctual as well. Did everything he could and more by replacing my water softener, and my RO system. He even went to a different scheduled job and came back same day to do an additional service (running the RO system to the fridge) that I asked for on the spot so he could truly finish the job and not put it off to a later date. Dan is exactly the kind of pro I look for and hope for when I use this app and not only am I very glad I went with Stasis, you will be too!
I hired Dan to install a water softener and RO system for me. The price was great, he was really responsive and flexible with my schedule.
What I appreciated most about working with Dan was that he didn’t try and sell me on a new system, instead offered ideas on how I could fix my existing water softener system. At the end of the day I decided to just replace the system with one Dan recommended to have a fresh start and peace of mind. Dan was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Would absolutely hire again.
Dan was very responsive and helpful when I experienced a leak in my water filtration system. He was punctual, knowledgeable and straightforward. Dan was able to fix the leak the very next day and my previous company has yet to return my phone call. I was looking for a new company to provide my annual maintenance and am super excited to work with Dan moving forward.
So very pleased. I was a little panicked calling in on a Friday afternoon. Our system has already been running for 2 days. But Dan was able to squeeze us in. I was a little worried that we might get racked over the coals....new unit, expensive parts etc. But wow! Dan explained the issue, traded out the parts needing replacement and then updated our system to run more efficiently. Very pleased. I had him slap his business sticker right on the machine and filed the paperwork for a yearly maintenance. Looking forward to working with Statis in the future!
Dan does a great job of making sure you get the right product for your home and family. There is no pressure, he is professional and knowledgeable. The best goal he has is to install the machines so well that he doesn't have to see you until your yearly service.
