Sent a message and explaining exactly what I wanted. Received a phone call the next day and got on the schedule for the following day at 2pm to have someone come look and give me a quote. Get a call the day of at 12pm (2 hours before the appt) and was asked to come at 4pm. I told the guy no that I had scheduled my day around him coming at 2pm which seemed to irritate him. Than he went on to say “Well we do have a minimum” just acting like he didn’t want to work and it wasn’t worth his time. I just told him to not bother even showing up, and I would not be doing business with them. What a poorly ran business.

I am so happy with the windows installation. From Adam who brought sample window out and explained everything to Mark who placed order then assigned Juan to install. Juan was very professional, friendly and respectful of my home, furniture and carpet. He did a great job covering everything to keep the dust down. And clean up was good. I highly recommend these windows. Great to use local company!

I received a call from Mark within a couple of hours of selecting them on Thumbtack. Availability for an appointment was just as fast. Charles showed up on time and was very thorough and efficient with our time. I didn't feel like I was being held hostage in my own home, which was nice. He was respectful, personable and wasn't pushy. The demonstration with the heat lamp was pretty cool and definitely showed the quality of the product. Price was half of what I was quoted from another company (same quality range). We had 9 windows installed and they came in within the 4 - 6 wk time frame that I was given. Our installer was Juan and he was great as well. Professional, easy to talk to and got right to work. I was amazed at how quickly it went and absolutely love my windows!

We had multiple estimates from smaller companies to larger companies, and boy are we SO pleased we chose Statewide Energy Solutions to update our windows. They were quick to respond to our message, knowledgeable about products/timelines, aren’t pushy during the estimate meeting, and were clean/respectful of property during install. These windows turned out better than we can imagine! We can’t wait to do more. Thanks again!
