Fabien and the whole team are simply amazing. I am in charge of facilities for a corporation with 5 building offices and we asked Homesteady to assist us with a relatively complex flooring project. And I am not a facilities manager by trade. We had to complete demolition and removal of different old carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl tiles throughout few of our offices. The team had to work after-hours to accommodate to our employees schedule. They tear down the old floor, moved all the trash with very limited dust and then they cleaned every morning before we came to work. When we started installing our new laminate flooring, some carpet and some vinyl in one office, they sourced all the flooring products. Then they showed up each evening with an army of workers (who were wearing their company's tshirts), and completed the project in no time. I literally had nothing to do but observe. We are all very pleased with the end result. Great flooring company, I will use them for other things. They tell me they can move walls, paint and do many things I will have to do for our business. I wanted to post a long, well-deserved review because they are worth every penny (and were below our budget!!!), and my boss gave me praises for finding them. Good job, Homesteady. Their estimate was probably reasonable for completely removing the 6 fence posts and resetting new ones in concrete, however they never offered any alternative methods for fixing my broken fence posts. A short online search revealed several products that would fix the posts at a fraction of the cost (Fix-a Fence, EZ post and Post Buddy). Their estimate was approximately $180/post and I was able to fix all 6 for $120 for materials and about 1.5 hours of labor.
I had at least 2 companies shy away from the project because it was an undermount sink with Granite counter tops. These guys came in and Mae it look easy (which it was not) and my wife and I are truly so happy with our results. Great guys. Great talent. Great price. What more do you want!!! Chris
