Reviews
My experience made me feel valued and well represented
I wish I had just thrown my manuscript in the trash and burned my money. So obvious that a person never reads the stories. They actually added misspellings and repeatedly couldn’t even get the title correct. The back blurb they wrote had nothing to do with the book but was a random collection of sentences taken from recorded conversations with the supposed lead editor Alexandra David which not only sounds as if it was written by an illiterate second grader but also if published would be embarrassing and make me sound crazy. Couldn’t be more disappointed.
Very response and quick. Had results ready before I expected them.
Kris from thumtack has been of great help in my pursuit ofpublishing, however I had hired a publisher. if by chance they cannot fulfill my needs .I will call Kris and move forward .thanks thumtact and Kris. wishing you well.
On the ratings stars I think I forgot to put it but I read a five excellent work very excellent
The work that he gave me was really quality professional work
The professionalism and the communication skills displayed by Alex David during our 30 minutes conversation (in which she clearly understood our problems and proposed solution without any documentation) is extraordinary. We are confident she will display those same skills with donors when following up our grant applications. Chief Lewindia Nicholas
Damian is absolutely amazing! He is nothing less than professional, responds immediately, and is dedicated to his work. I look forward to building a long working relationship with him and his company.
Jason is very professional. He gave me three proofs for the book's cover: all were great. He is very clear and succinct about the project and gave me a lot of assurance that it will be successful.
No product produced and had to cancel after 48hrs then fight for refund
More to come.
I have the honor of working with Alex David on my children’s book and I couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, Alex understood my vision and is bringing my story to life with vibrant, engaging illustrations that perfectly capture the spirit of the book. Alex’s communication is clear, timely, and professional. I look forward to the end result of my book and will highly recommend Alex David to any author looking for a talented and collaborative illustrator. Can’t wait to work together and see the end result!
Working with Crystal from Stellar Publishing has been a truly empowering experience. From the very first conversation, she showed professionalism, patience, and deep understanding of what it takes to bring a story like mine to life. As a first-time author and owner of my own publishing company, I had spoken with many companies—most of which were more focused on money than the message. But Crystal was different. She took the time to explain every detail of the process, answered all my questions with grace, and made me feel confident and supported in my journey. Her knowledge of memoir publishing and her ability to truly listen set her apart. I never felt rushed or pressured—only guided. Because of Crystal, I made the decision to move forward with Stellar Publishing to publish my memoir Chickees to Casinos. I trust her, I value her expertise, and I’m excited for what’s to come. She represents Stellar Publishing with excellence, and I’m grateful to have her on my team. — Lesley YG Billie aka Cache’
Celine was amazing to work with. Very responsive and patient with revising the project as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Will definitely do business with Stellar again especially if Celine is the project manager.
I have just begun the early process of my children’s Book - and have just signed on with Stellar Book Publishing. But so far, Alexandra David has been amazing! As an editor - she has seen my vision and started to put together the team who will help me realise my dream of writing my first children’s book. She has been on top of things, without being pushy, and has actually listened to my explanations and visuals. Now, I’m praying everything comes together as we have discussed in several conversations, and my book comes into itself!! I’m happy to add again as the project comes to fruition!!
Asking for 100% payment up front was very unsettling. Have never paid or been asked to pay up front for an illustration and been in business 40 years.
Alexandria is great. She explained very detailed on what we were embarking upon.I look forward to near future endeavors with her and Stella Publishing.
