5 Stars – Professional, Reliable, and Excellent Service! Such a great experience from start to finish! The guys were punctual, professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Pricing was very fair, and they came prepared with everything needed, including the cables. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I was still in the middle of moving and couldn’t make it back to my new place that evening, and the owner was kind enough to hold my TV overnight to accommodate my schedule. That level of flexibility and consideration goes a long way! The entire process was seamless, and I appreciated how easy they made everything during an already hectic move. I’m actually calling them back this week to install another TV in my bedroom once I purchase it. That alone should tell you how pleased I was with their service! Reliable, reasonably priced, and genuinely great people to work with. Highly recommend!

He did an amazing job with putting my TV up! He came prepared and did a wonderful job. Will definitely recommend him to anyone.
Great experience working with Stepan. He showed up on a few hours notice and hung a 75” tv in about 25 min. In and out. Professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
Stepan was a life-saver! He responded quickly to help with a tricky job running wires & mounting my 77" TV on a marble-tiled mantel! Will be reaching out for all future projects.

Stepan and his partner arrive on time, was very friendly, professional communicate to confirm what I needed and they did a great job installing my fireplace and mantel. Their cost was also reasonable. I would hire them again.
Steph was responded to my messages in a timely manner. He remained understanding when I needed to change dates and or times. He showed up with booties on his feet. Confirmed exactly what I needed upon arrival, ensured my television worked prior to mounting it and did such a great job I plan on working with him to hang the remaining televisions in the home and other artifacts as well. Very professional and trusting. Thank you for your flexibility. He was in and out in less than 15 - 20 minutes.
Stepan did a fantastic job hanging my new 75” tv and 84” mantle. He responded to my request immediately, came out the next day to complete the work, and had very reasonable pricing. He was also very professional and I appreciate he wore shoe covers and asked for my vacuum to tidy up the work area. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely use him again in the future!
Stepan did a phenomenal job mounting my 75” TV to the wall. He was very responsive from start to finish, extremely professional, and got everything done quickly and cleanly. The TV looks perfect. I highly recommend Stepan if you’re looking for someone to mount your TV. Great service and great experience overall.
I highly recommend Stepan Professional to any and everyone. His work speaks volumes. I cannot praise Stepan enough, he checks all the boxes! Professionalism, skillset, communication, responsiveness and punctuality were all superior. Before work commenced, he asked one simple question “Where do you want the mount?” Thirty minutes later, cable boxes were installed, tv was mounted, work area was cleaned, transaction processed and Stepan was gone. My son was even impressed and surprised at how quickly the job was done. It was a clean install without any annoyingly exposed wires trailing down the wall and placement was spot on. We will definitely be calling Stepan Professional regarding any future work requests. So hurry up and book your appointment now, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Stepan for a job well done!
Great experience installing 5 ceiling fans. Will definitely use again!
This was my first time using Thumbtack and it will be hard to beat this experience. Great communication, great work and reasonably priced!

Contact Stepan early evening on Wednesday and in less than 5 minutes I received a response. He was very flexible on his availability, which was great. Sent him a photo of the job of replacing a 15’ high ceiling fan and he said no problem. I requested a quote and received what I believe was extremely reasonable, so I booked the appointment for the next day. Stepan and his partner Roman showed up earlier than expected but that was not an issue. They let me know that the maybe early. They were friendly and very professional. They had the fan up within 45 minutes! We were very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them! Thanks again Stepan and Roman for a job well done.
Stepan & Co did a great job installing my fans! They were creative when some issues happened! I would hire them again
