I had a great experience with Stephan from STETJ Pro when my garbage disposal went out. Stephan was a fantastic communicator, he gave me a clear arrival window and arrived right on time. He was extremely polite, professional, and quickly diagnosed that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. After giving me a quote, he completed the entire replacement in under an hour. I appreciate that he took the time to show me what to do if the new disposal ever jams. Efficient, honest, and high-quality work!
Clean. Efficient. Good communication and very attentive
Professional attitude with obvious knowledge of the problem. Work was careful and he answered all my questions. Cleaned up when he finished...I will use him again without any reservations.
I will be calling him back for future work!! Love his work!!
Stephan’s communication was great! He provided excellent quality work adding a light to my dark shower. I truly wish I had him do this sooner and already plan to request to him to fix other electrical problems in my new home. I highly recommend Stephan.
I was searching for a professional to install a new built-in refrigerator and remove the old one. Stephan was courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained the project, arriving on time with a reasonable price. I highly recommend Stephan for any assistance with installing or repairing your appliances.
Stephan and his buddy is hardworking and got it done within the budget as promised. Great value and professionalism. He got all the materials needed for the work from Home depot and finished my new door. Initially the plan was to fix the jambs but ended up replacing the whole door as it all came as one package. The cost didn’t change that much 👍
He responded to my request immediately and gave me an estimate and his availability the next day - very responsive! When I had to reschedule him and he was kind enough to come back the same evening and did the job! Very professional, responsive and great work. We will call on him again!
I would highly recommend this young man. Great value great Service. Great work.
