We do not recommend using this company. Greg is a personable guy at first, but he didn’t meet our expectations and feel his work is not worthy of the money we paid him up front. There is a lot of stuff that is incomplete or will need repairs. He offers 100% satisfaction but this is not quality work. He also stated through many emails and texts that he would fix his mishaps but after several months, the work isn’t finished.

I am very pleased with the work that Greg did on my property I would recommend him for any job that you have he's very thorough very particular in his work and of all of the contractors I reached out to he was the one that reached back and was able to go to my property the same day to assess what needed to be done and started the work shortly thereafter he is going to be my contractor as I have other work for him as well on my multi-family property
I tend to think of the project in metaphorical terms of like you just hired your brother to plan your wife’s parents anniversary party.

We had a wood deck installed in our backyard. Greg did an excellent job working with our budget and communicating. He was upfront about site conditions and honest recommendations regarding scope of the work. The finished deck looks good and took around 3 days to finish, we'll just have to see how well it holds up! He does stand behind his work!

We had general contractor Greg Stephens over to repair a door threshold that had significant rot and general wear. Not only did he offer a very fair estimate, he was patient and happy to address any questions we had about the repair. Greg was also very easy to communicate with via the Thumbtack app or in any other manner. As with any job, sometimes unexpected challenges present themselves and in this case, they were all handled professionally and efficiently. His process was very straightforward and we were incredibly satisfied with the result. As expected of a quality general contractor, Greg seemed to have solid working knowledge of various disciplines and was willing to provide us useful guidance regarding other, unrelated, repairs or concerns that we have been considering. All in all, I highly recommend Greg and would have no hesitation to use his services again.
i would never recommend Creg and this company to do any work. we payed him 80% of the job and he completed 40% and then decided to stop answering his phone and emails. we have lost so much with what Creg did to us. after lawyers got involved he promised he would pay but hasn't even payed back a penny. all we wanted was for him to finish the job he started, or do the work we payed for. Creg is a lier and a great manipulator, please dont believe any excuses he gives you because he used them all up with us.
Greg has just begun a new remodeling project for my garage and kids room. He has impressed with his punctuality and kindness, offering valuable design suggestions for the project. I am excited to be working with him and will provide additional feedback as the project moves forward. Update: I am not entirely satisfied with the progress of the work and I am concerned about the 25% advance payment that I made. Despite these challenges, I am still hopeful that we can find a solution that meets my needs and expectations. I hope that our working relationship continues to be positive and productive.
