We specialize in labor-only residential and commercial moving services, including: - Apartment and home moves - Office and small commercial moves - Same-building moves - Storage unit moves - Loading and unloading U-Hauls and rental trucks - POD and storage container loading - Furniture moving - Furniture disassembly and reassembly We are commercial-move friendly and can assist with office furniture, desks, chairs, shelving, equipment, boxes, conference rooms, and internal office relocations. We can also provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when required by a building or property manager. When transportation is required, you provide the truck or container, and we provide the professional moving crew, equipment, and muscle. Our crews come prepared with dollies, moving straps, stretch wrap, tools, and the equipment needed to safely handle your furniture and belongings. We offer 2-person and 3-person crews depending on the size and complexity of the move. Pricing 2 movers: $110/hour 3 movers: $140/hour If stairs are involved at the load or unload location: 2 movers: $125/hour 3 movers: $150/hour 2-hour minimum Fully insured Labor-only moving service Available 7 days a week throughout the DFW area.

This was not the least expensive service for deep cleaning, but I wanted a good deep cleaning and the reviews were solid. Austin, the owner, kept in touch by email, but the day I was scheduled, the cleaner(s) were a no-show. Austin rescheduled me for the following day, and he did offer me 5% off for my inconvenience. The cleaner who showed up the next day was new to the company, very personable, and admitted she had not cleaned in over 4 years, so no company training is provided. Thankfully, she was receptive to me pointing out where she had not done a good job, and she adjusted her technique to improve the outcome. She wasn't the best (a bit slow), but she wasn't the worst either.
