Chris was awesome He saved the day I had a roof leak with storms on the way Chris came on a Sunday and repaired the roof Heavy rain on Monday with no more leaks Highly recommended!
took my money, said he would be done in 5 days. ripped off my tiles. made a huge pile of garbage all around the home of under layment. left home exposed with no under layment for 18 days. has abandoned the job half way through. im out 3400. he has created such a mess. I have 17 water damaged areas in the home now. I had no water damage before him. the roof is a mess. might have to take him to court. I regret hiring him so badly. the home didnt even have any leaks , just wanted a re roof to sell it with a new roof so it sells faster

Update: After this review he reached out to me and said he had been busy and could come out Sunday, I reached out Sunday no answer, responded Monday he could come Thursday asked him what time Thursday never responded never showed up. He came out and filled a few roof cracks on our flat roof and gave it another coating fixed some tiles on our tiled roof as well. 3 months later it rained the there was a leak in the garage flat roof that had not been leaking before asked if he could come back out and look at it and he ghosted me. I also asked for a metal roof quote several times and never actually got the quote

I pay the money but the work wasn’t finished even after more then 3 months of waiting. The guy can’t be trusted, he say that the work wasn’t finished even finished when it’s wasn’t and he start to blame his worker. You can see in the attached image that he return new tiles but don’t replace underlies. I was need to lessen to feedbacks of the client that give him one star.
[UPDATE] Its been a few weeks since Chris came out and after a few days it rained and I noticed it was still leaking through the roof, Chris assured me he would come back out and take a look however I have yet to hear back from him and he has not scheduled a follow-up to fix the leak. At this point I have already paid and do not wish to go through a back and forth headache of trying to get someone to address this matter. It seems Ill have to go with another company on this matter.
Chris with Stormguard Roofing was very professional, and delivered a explanation of the repairs that were needed to fix my leaks from the previous storms. He was able to locate and repair within the hour. I will be recommending him to my neighbors.

I ended up using someone else but still felt the service I recieved was worthy of a review. I would have used this company if they were able to come sooner and only went elsewhere because I found someone who could come sooner. In fairness he as on vacation and out of state but still awnsered the phone and gave a quote I was good with. That speaks volumes towards his desire to take care of customers. I will say id use him moving forward. Not only does he do good work based on reviews and pictures I've seen but he is very easy and pleasant to talk too. I highly reccomend this company and will refer them to my friends and family in the future.

Chris made the trek up from Phoenix to Prescott Valley, for our small repair job. He inspected our roof and repaired the areas that needed attention in a timely manner. He is very friendly and informative about roofs and what needed to be fixed. His price was the best of the 3 contractors that came to bid the job. I live out of state where the house needed work in Green Valley, AZ. Chris responded in a timely fashion upon submission of job description and prioritized the job by visiting the site same day. His proposal was super fair. He completed the work in under 2 days and we should be safe from any potential monsoon roof/skylight leakage because of Chris' great work. Highly recommend.
