So beautiful, made such a difference and so easy to work with.
I really can't recommend Strack Interiors enough! I was told by everyone that wallpaper installation would be booked months out, but then I found Strack on Thumbtack. There were great communicators through the whole process and the work was phenomenal. Not a single issue. Everything is smooth and perfectly aligned etc. If you are anywhere near NWA, these are your people! (I wish I had more pics but here is what I have.)
I loved my entire experience with this team. They have been so helpful and so professional.
I had the best experience working with Stephanie and her husband Chris. Stephanie runs the customer service and design side of the business, and Chris and his employee, Simon, did the actual wallpaper install. I only needed wallpaper installed on one wall, but I had a terrible time finding a contractor to complete the work. From the moment I contacted Stephanie, she was helpful, friendly, and respectful. Chris and Simon were always on time and were polite and friendly as well. We had a couple hiccups as my wall was textured and the wallpaper I ordered was peel and stick and wouldn’t adhere to the texture. However, Stephanie got back with me with a couple solutions to move forward - I opted to go with a liner and Chris and Simon came back the next week to install the liner and the week after to finish installing the paper. The install was more expensive than I anticipated, but I would rather pay more money to get a quality job. Chris mentioned that he would apply the wallpaper as an artist and as carefully as if he was installing it in his own home. He did!! I love the way the wallpaper turned out!!! So grateful I found Stephanie and her husband. I give them my highest recommendation.
Basically never heard hack from her. No follow up. She was suppose to send a quote and indicated she would send it to me, 6 days later I am still waiting. I will have to figure out this project on my own.
