My experience with a porch swing failure was disheartening, but the outstanding service provided by Bill from Strategic Construction turned a frustrating situation into a testament to excellent customer care. A few weeks ago, my porch swing, a cherished spot where my kids and I love spending time together, suddenly broke and came crashing down. The collapse was upsetting, as it happened while I was on it! Initially, I was at a loss, unsure who to call to fix the problem. Enter Bill from Strategic Construction. Despite his packed schedule, Bill prioritized my situation and made time to address the issue promptly. His professionalism and empathy were evident from our first conversation. He assessed the damage, identified the faulty components, and explained the repair process clearly, ensuring I felt confident in his approach. What truly set Bill apart was his commitment to going above and beyond. Not only did he repair the swing with high-quality, durable materials, but he also reinforced the entire structure to prevent future issues. He took the time to inspect the porch itself, ensuring everything was secure and safe. His attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right were remarkable. Bill’s work ethic and customer-first attitude made all the difference. He transformed a stressful experience into a positive one, and my porch swing is now better than ever. My kids and I are thrilled to be back on it, making memories and enjoying our time together. I can relax again, knowing it’s built to last. If you’re looking for reliable, top-notch service, I can’t recommend Bill and Strategic Construction highly enough. They truly care about their customers and deliver exceptional results.

Strategic Construction is the best. Completed my P deck 48 hours from my inquiry on Thumbtack. You cannot ask for better service from a business. I could not recommend them more.
Update: These guys are awesome! They are professional, polite, honest, hardworking, and all about good customer service. I couldn't have made a better selection for my project. Hopefully, they will come back to complete another major project on my to-do list. Thanks for a great experience!
Sean and Will did a fantastic job refurbishing our deck. We are very happy with their workmanship and the final product. They even made a custom cat-portal in the railings for the outdoor cat that frequently drops by at breakfast and dinner.
After years of hating our backyard and Pinterest searching we finally got serious about a backyard overhaul including deck replacement with water system to enable an under deck entertainment area, stamped patio and fence replacement. I researched deck, patio and fence companies for months and although we received various quotes not one of them would perform all the work we were looking to do and none of them offered alternative ideas to help make our vision a reality until… we met Bill. Bill took our ideas and delivered beyond our expectations at an affordable price. There was NO PRESSURE at any time to add “this or that”and Bill was on site every day. I can’t adequately explain how thankful we were that Bill removed all burdens including a return trip one evening when a neighbor was having concerns regarding the fence construction. Dynamic Rennovations takes pride in their work and their clients are not numbers. Our backyard overhaul transformed our home making it look years younger and modern. My main focus was the under deck area and I told Bill over and over that I didn’t care about the deck - He took that as a challenge and his words to me were “we are going to build a deck that you are going to love and you will care about it”. He couldn’t have been more right. I love it all but the deck is by far my favorite! We have many projects on the “wish list” and will not use anyone besides Dynamic Rennovations moving forward, it’s a different level of customer service and you don’t know what you have been missing until you work with Bill and his teams. Thanks Bill!!
I found Dynamic Renovations, Inc on thumbtack and reached out to schedule an estimate. Bill was very responsive and we quickly scheduled a time to discuss the project and get an estimate. After doing some shopping around, I decided Dynamic Renovations was the best fit, not only because of my budget but because of how organized and knowledgeable Bill and his team were. They worked with me throughout the entire process ensuring things moved along with permitting, HOA, and keeping me updated on the availability of material. In about a month time, I gained the approval from my HOA and we began demo and construction of the new deck the following week. From start to finish, the whole process took just 5 days, incredible. Bill and his team did so wonderful, I'm having them demo and redesign the porch that sits just next to the deck. I highly recommend anyone looking for a knowledgeable, affordable and professional company to seek Bill and his team. A+++ thanks Dynamic Renovations, Inc!
Highly recommend Dynamic Renovations. They handled everything from planning to permitting to installation. The quality of the deck is impressive and we are excited to enjoy it.
Bill has been amazing and his crew made the experience fantastic!! Love my new deck it’s gorgeous!!!
Did a great job handling all the permits and details with our HOA and building our deck. Looks great definitely would recommend
I now have a beautiful deck, thanks to Dynamic Renovations. My only regret is that I couldn’t get a bigger, designer-like deck (HOA restrictions). This is the most responsive and respectful contractor with whom I have worked, and I would/will have them do any and all renovations I need. I am more than pleased with their top quality work. The administrative staff is on top of everything and bends over backwards to help. I highly recommend!
Dynamic renovations did a fantastic job demolishing our old deck and building a fantastic new deck. From start to finish they were responsive and professional. The workers took great care in the building and in removing of debris. We were very pleased with the whole process. We would highly recommend dynamic renovations for any deck build in Prince William County.
Would not recommend. The project required repeated rework, items were not completed as expected, and there is already a large 13-foot long crack in our brand new concrete driveway (that never received the final seal/coat they promised) and sections of the concrete wall they resurfaced are already cracking and falling apart. Then the contractor ghosted us and stopped responding to our communication. I did originally leave a positive review, but that was because it felt like the contractor was holding up finishing my job and not responding to us because I hadn't left them a review yet. I regret leaving any positive reviews online because they ended up blowing us off. If you do roll the dice with them, get every single miniscule detail in writing, and never post a review until the job is complete and the work holds up to your expectations. Good luck.
As an owner of 4 properties in the NOVA area, I've dealt with all types of contractors from projects related to massive additions to daily types of landlord fixes. I am blown away by Dynamic Renovations. They completed a deck project for me which is the best in the community! I am particularly stunned by Bill's work ethic, quality and attention to detail. Trust me when I say it, Dynamic will restore your faith in all the bad experiences you've had with contractors. They'll treat your project like it's their own, and stand by their word and craftsmanship. Glad to see great American service is still a thing these days! 10/10
Our driveway looks amazing! Bill and his crew were quite professional and told us how to care for the driveway. They performed in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier with the work. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects. I highly recommend them because they do a fantastic job.

Fair, Responsive, honest and cares about the customer. Not out to take advantage of people like other contractors. Great experience.
