When I was looking to change the floor in my house while preparing to sell it. We reached out to a few businesses and Stride Construction owned by Stepan responded right away and he was ready to do the job the next morning. We highly recommend Stride Construction.

I was so pleased with Stride Construction’s professionalism and the quality of their work. They finished our project quickly and efficiently, and everything turned out beautifully. The team was great to work with—friendly, honest, and very informative about what needed to be done. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and they were open and transparent throughout the entire process. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled contractors!

Stephan was thorough and honest with us from the very beginning. He told us the issues our floor had because of the way it was initially installed and because my husband is in a wheelchair. He carefully explained to us what needed to happen to make sure the floor was safe and durable for the wheelchair. The crew was prompt and thorough and responsive! We will definitely hire this company again when we need to complete other projects!!

Stephan and his team were awesome. I was well informed during the whole process and everyone was very nice and courteous towards me. They also liked my dog which was a plus. I would absolutely use Stride again, and plan to for my next big home project!

Stepan was very responsive and had great ideas for transitions and staircase design. Stepan and his crew showed up when they said. They worked hard and overcome challenges. The flooring installation turned out great. They are quality craftsmen and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Hear ye! Hear ye! Hear ye! Stride Construction was outstanding. I wish I could give him a 10 star review. The owner Stepan Rizin was prompt, professional, polite, courteous, customer oriented, had a true bias for action, minimized bureaucracy, and is probably the nicest guy in construction. A true gentleman. His pricing was very reasonable and his integrity was beyond reproach. I am happy actually elated to write a review for him and will copy and paste it on Google and yelp as well. If you get a chance call him at (986) 216-2429. You will be glad you did. I will be using him for all of my properties in Eagle. Ron Evans

Stepan and his crew were wonderful to work with. As an out-of-town owner with a vacant rental unit, you can imagine the issues that could arise. Everything was handled smoothly, even the bids came in quickly, and clearly, and we were able to select materials that I could see locally. The flooring had several rotted areas that Stepan was able to repair and keep on schedule. He was responsive to my questions and made suggestions to create a better result. Such as LVP in the adjacent area to the laundry area. We needed carpeting and LVP throughout the entire two-story unit. New baseboards too. He even adjusted his schedule to work with another contractor who was repairing the bathroom. I highly recommend Stepan the owner of Stride Construction LLC.

If I could give more stars I would! I am not a planner. So when I called Stepan I honestly didn’t think he’d be able to help me. I found a Laminate at a “box store” I wanted installed within a short time window. Not only did he do it, he connected me with his contact at lumber liquidators, and I saved $300 on the cost of the flooring! His crew came out, removed existing carpet and laid the floor in a day! And they took the time to prep my subfloor (not part of the bid) so everything would look great. I had no idea how bad the subfloor was! THEN he stuck to his bid! The floor looks amazing and you could tell they take great pride in doing an impeccable job. I will definitely use them again!
