They showed up on time for the estimate. Very professional. I made a mistake thinking they were late. But I misunderstood their arrival time. I signed up for their services.

It is always risky trying to find a new vendor but, in this case, we were pleasantly surprised. They did everything we asked of them. They could be a better job of keeping us in the loop.
They came by and quickly got my pool looking great again!
I had a great experience with Strong Tower Pool, they helped get my pool pump back up and running. There was great communication and the service was completed fast
Reached out to thumbtack for pool cleaning, and re screen the enclosure. Dixon reached out quickly, and came out to give an estimate. Very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of the services we needed. They showed up on time, and did an amazing job! Highly recommended, A+++
Danny (I forgot the other guy name) came and drained my pool. Was able to do most of the work, without me being home. Was very professional and friendly. I am satisfied and they will also be doing my weekly maintenance.
I would recommend them 100% they came in clean my pool explained to me that my pool had a leak and told me who to call and also replaced my pool filter, I’ll be using them to take care of all my needs
Always a pleasure and responsive to all my questions.
Strong tower has cleaned my pool for a month and never once checked or cleaned the filter. I got someone else and he asked me to urgently change the filter cartridge, the one I had was saturated, and he also cleaned the filter I was shocked at how dirty it was. I don’t recommend
So far so good. They respond on time and they also send you a message with a picture showing the clean pool once they service it.
