Clients call on me when preparing to list a home, relocating, refreshing a vacation rental, or simply needing a “reset” after years in the same space. My focus is quality and personalized attention until you’re 100% happy. Rates: Organizing / Packing / Unpacking – $75/hr, per pro. Decorating – $150/hr. Studio Joy helped us organize multiple areas in one session that would have taken us a couple weeks to complete. We were able to relax and take care of other tasks in preparation for our move. Our first experience having a professional company help us and it was pleasure working with the team.
We had hired a moving company that did a half job. So we decided to contact Studio Joy by Joy Queens, LLC to help us pack the rest of the stuff with only one day left to get out if the apartment. Not only were they professional they worked quickly and efficiently! To be honest I wish we would have gone with them from the beginning. Ms.Vilavan was so positive and motivating during the move. I was so pleased I plan on going with her service to organize our new home too! Just amazing
“No service provided and refund still not received — very disappointing I’m very disappointed with my experience, and honestly, it was disheartening. Before the appointment, we had a phone conversation on the Saturday before Easter where I clearly explained my work schedule and limitations. During that call, I was told they would work with my availability and even come earlier to accommodate me. Based on that understanding, I felt comfortable moving forward. However, the day before the scheduled service, the expectations around hours and scheduling changed. Requirements that were not clearly communicated upfront suddenly became an issue. When I raised concerns, I was told it was “policy,” even though those details were not clearly outlined beforehand or on the flyer. Despite no service being performed, I had to go back and forth multiple times just to request a refund. Initially, I was told refunds were not offered and that only credits could be applied to future sessions. This was frustrating because I had not received any service and was simply asking for a fair resolution. Throughout the conversation, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and at times it was suggested that I had gone against agreed terms, which did not reflect the prior discussion we had regarding my schedule. That was particularly disappointing, as I had communicated everything clearly in advance. Important details such as time requirements, travel considerations, and service expectations were not made clear upfront, which led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. A refund was eventually agreed to after significant back and forth; however, I have still not received my funds, which has added to the frustration and concern about how this situation has been handled. I would especially encourage individuals who rely on clear communication and fair business practices—including those with strict schedules or additional needs—to take extra caution and ensure everything is fully documented before booking. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking with this company.
Vivian and her team were incredible to work with. She understands her team’s strengths and comes in with a a plan to tackle your project and reach your goals. I was overwhelmed getting ready to move and they made the process less daunting by getting the things cleaned, organized, and packed that needed to be done now and I’m excited to work with them again to finish up the rest of my list!
Truly excellent work taking my senior-citizen mother’s new apartment from boxes to perfectly organized and beautiful in 2 days flat. Hard working, reliable, prompt, friendly, and has great instincts for placement of furniture and accessories. Also helped with furniture assembly and TV installation. Could not be happier!!!
You absolutely cannot go wrong by working with Studio Joy!! Joy and her team are absolute work horses getting things done and giving you the best quality work for your money. They assisted me in packing up and staging my parents home of 30 years. They organized, packed and staged the home. It was a huge undertaking and we got it done in record time with Joy and Kyle’s hard work and keen eye for staging. I would recommend them 100 times over and can’t thank them enough.
