About Subia Construction
At Subia Construction, we specialize in residential design-build projects, including home additions, ADUs, JADUs, custom homes, and complete kitchen and bathroom remodels throughout the Bay Area. With over 23 years of construction industry experience, we provide a comprehensive approach to residential construction. We handle residential design development, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and construction planning in-house for qualifying projects, while coordinating with licensed engineers and other design professionals when required. As the owner and general contractor, I personally work with each client and manage the entire project from start to finish. From initial planning and design through engineering coordination, permitting, construction, and final inspections, you'll have one dedicated point of contact throughout the process. Our approach helps keep design decisions aligned with construction budgets, minimizes miscommunication, and provides greater accountability throughout the project. We believe successful projects begin with realistic budgets, detailed scopes of work, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication—not simply offering the lowest price. Our goal is to make the entire building process more organized, transparent, and manageable while delivering quality results that homeowners can feel confident investing in.

I really enjoyed working with Joey. He was very professional and went above and beyond to find the way to provide what we wanted within our budget. He always responded immediately and kept me informed about every single thing. It was very easy to talk to him and listened what my wife and I wanted in our kitchen. I really recommend Joey!
I certainly recommend Subia’s granite and marble as they have done a tremendous job making our kitchen counters and waterfall island.Joey is very prompt and responsive and very professional. I would say best job done for the best price.
We am so happy with everything that Subia’s has done for us. So far they have installed a new Quartz countertop, a new tile backsplash and new flooring in our kitchen. We are delighted with all of it. Joey was extremely responsive and coordinated all of it and his prices are very fair. His crews were also wonderful and excellent craftsmen. We are already getting quotes from him for other projects in our home. So happy we found him!
I had a great experience! I live my new quarts counter and how quickly it all came together. I always thought it would take weeks to get the counter done, but they were able to do it within a few days after the material was again. I will definitely reach out again when I want to do the rest of the kitchen.
I did not know what to do when I bought a marble slab that was on clearance. I knew I wanted to use it to replace my 1980s existing bathroom countertops. Joey and his brother of Subia’s Granite and Marble took it from there. They were Great! They came to my home measured, picked up the stone, fabricated and cut it , removed the existing tops and hauled them away! The finished product was all that imagined and more! They installed the under mount sinks and new faucets also ! My bathrooms look Fabulous! If you want a company that does it all for you, worry free , it’s Subia’s.
Joey is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The work is thoroughly planned and done with perfection and speed. He had my kitchen countertop and vanity countertop and backsplashes measured, cut and set in less than 2 days. It's a no brainier to hire him!
Amazing work on my marble sink backsplash. Replicated something I saw on Pinterest perfectly! Was affordable and did beautiful work. Was also very flexible to work with in planning things timely.
Great experience working with Joey! I needed quartz countertops for two apartments and I needed it ASAP . Joey was professional, responsive and helpful from the beginning to the end. He replied quickly, showed up on time and completed the job when he said he would. The entire process went smoothly and the countertops turned out beautiful :)
Overall a good experience and a great value which met my project’s needs perfectly ! Joey and team were a pleasure to work with and came through to make he kitchen look fantastic !! Hard working and got the job!
