First time home renters and have an older washer and dryer. It stopped washing in the middle of a cycle after opening the lid. It’s almost at its end as it needs a new timer, but was told it’s not worth fixing as the cost to fix is around the same price to get a new washer. No complaints, just learning as I go!

Subzero was prompt to reach out and schedule and come out as per schedule. Where they can improve is really listening to the customer. I asked him to wait for the payment as I was in the freeway but he kept rushing asking to give the credit card digits to him or my son who was at the job site.. which is pretty unsafe. When asked to take a picture or video of the refrigerator temperature, he refused and asked my son could do it. Bottom line : Good service but professionalism and communication needs to improve. Also Thumbtack might need to enforce payment standards so the trust between the vendors and the customers can be stronger. Paid $510 plus credit card fees

He showed up keep filling then dial and entering on the key pad. Said it would not let him run a cycle. I just ran a cycle the day before no problem. He said to keep it unplug for 12 hours then plug it back in for a reset. If that didn’t work then buy a new washer. I feel he did something to the electronic brain and just took my money. Will NOT use or recommend them ever!

I feel like I was scammed! I knew what was wrong with my washer. I already had the back off my Washer. Sent a picture of what was wrong. The gentleman was literally here less then 5 mins to tell me that it would be $389 dollars. The part is literally $28.84. I will even give another $25 for the stories of “we have to use our vendors” charged me the service fee , which if I had hired them they would of “wave the fee” labor maybe $100 since it was ready ready for the repair $128.84 vs $389 This mark up is outrageous and it is very sad this company does things such as this! Easy $60 to tell me already what I knew and the girl knowing what the issue was prior to sending a tech Disappointing
John was great to work with! Our fridge was leaking water on the inside, and he was able to quickly fix it. During the repair, he walked me through everything and explained why things weren’t functioning properly. He even gave us some maintenance tips. John is very honest and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend him!
