Poor communication. I opened up my schedule for an initial assessment appointment with them but they did not show up. They also did not reply to any follow up messages afterwards. Could’ve just said no and save everybody time.

If you’re going to use this company, do not pay until the job is done and be very specific on what agreed upon price includes. I hired SuCasa to come and clean up our planters. We walked around the yard together discussing specifics on what needs to be done and I felt really good about everything. He gave me a quote, I asked if that included mulch and he said “yes, it’s included”. I countered, he accepted, only to find later that the price I countered with didn’t include mulch? His workers came to collect money without the job being done then returned at a later date to finish the job. They left twenty minutes after I paid Russ the agreed upon price despite the miscommunication. Ended up paying for what I thought would be a complete cleanup/mulch only to have part of the yard done without mulch. Would not recommend using them.

Due to illness our yard had become very overgrown, & we didn’t know where to start. After contacting 12 companies in our area, only 4 responded to give estimates, & only 1 company showed up to do the work-Su Casa Landscaping. Since then, Su Casa Landscaping has done 3 major clean-up project that were affordable & did an excellent job. Because Su Casa is so good, we have contracted to start a 4th project as well as monthly regular maintenance of our yard. Their crews are hardworking, fast, & efficient for an affordable/fair price. We are so please we found Su Casa to handle all of our yard care needs. Thank you Su Casa for the great job on our yard. You are the BEST!!
