Reviews
They were professional, did great quality work at a fair price.
Paul was awesome. Great service. Friendly. Went above and beyond. Would hire again if needed!
The entire experience with them was wonderful had other service previously and donāt think they were not as thorough and this was only a year ago. I donāt think the prior service even looked through our entire dryer vent system My dryer is working amazingly now that my ductwork is clean Will have this company back next year
They were not only super affordable but quick & did a great job and pre-scheduled us for next year!
Tech answered all my questions and did a great, thorough job.
Five stars is not enough!!!! I believe this was the best service call I have ever had!!! Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. His work is impeccable, and his knowledge about all things duct and chimney, solidified, I made the right choice! This is without a doubt, who you want to āSuck your Ventā!!!!!!
Great inspection and cleaning of our fireplace. Will have them out every year now.
Great service and wonderful workmanship. Polite and professional.
He did an amazing job today. I got my chimney swept, hvac vents repaired and cleaned and installing my dryer vent outside my home is next. I can't wait to work with him again. Hes very responsive and quickly. He's price are great for the the work. My home feels so much warmer already. He even overlooked and didnt judge my messy home. My mother passed away and ive gotten behind. He was very professional.
Had a great experience having the chimney (wood burning) and dryer duct cleaned. Absolutely recommend this company!
Great service. Quick. Professional. He found a snake in our chimney, which was pretty crazy. I would highly recommend this company.
Update after posting review , I am being harassed by the company asking for money after they were unhappy with my honest review. This estimate was free as you can see on the screenshot and now theyāre trying to charge me so I did have to report them to thumbtack for investigation. I would highly suggest avoiding these people and having them come to your home. Very unprofessional and threatening behavior if you leave them a bad review. The pro came by gave me an estimate gave me a verbal estimate and said heāll follow up with the written estimate which he did not. I called them multiple times sending him text messages. Heās just been ignoring me. I donāt know why seems like they want to make quick money. This was a bigger job. It was $1000 job but I donāt have to put a full day but seems like they just want to do quick jobs and make the most money as possible so itās unfortunate that theyāre not professional so be careful hiring them
Very prompt response and punctual good job - very pleased. Would recommend.
They came to my house and were very nice. My chimney had a fire and was dismantled by the FD. I was promised they would help put it back together. I waited for them to call me back but after a week wait, I tried to call to set up an appointment. I left voice messages, emails, and no one called me. I tried day after day, but now you canāt even leave a message. They were so nice when at my house, I donāt understand what happened. Iām still hoping they call. We are 75 and canāt do this ourselves.
This was in my dryer vent, he was able to remove it.
So happy with the service provided today. 1st they were on time, 2nd very respectful of our home, 3rd very knowledgeable and informed, 4th GREAT PRICE . I could go on and on about how excellent you were. Thank you so much. Highly recommend SUCK MY VENT.
This company said they would do the work, and I cancelled with other vendors. Then they never showed up, and ignored my messages
I hired a āSuck My Ventā for the fireplace/ chimney cleaning and inspection, so they responded in 5 min and put me on schedule the same week. They showed up on time and have done an excellent job. Now , I can use my fireplace..:) Thank you so much!
Great job and I highly recommend! If you think you donāt need the dryer vent cleaned after what I saw today you do!! Will definitely use this company again!
