Great experience. They were quick and responsive. Did a great job with the chimney. And what I was so impressed by was that after there were gone, they had cleaned and prepped so well, there was no evidence that they had ever been there
Michael was a pleasure to speak with. He was precise and discussed the process as he was inspecting. HIGHLY recommend
I was so pleased with this service. I was amazed at the before and after pictures of my vents. Mike was so easy to have in my house to do this work. I would recommend Summit Home Pros to do your vents. I feel so much safer knowing my vents are clean.
Mike did a great job! Very fair pricing, quick and clean work, and an honest experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Mike and will definitely use him again!
Had a really good experience! Very professional and quick to respond! I recommend this company to anyone needing work done :)
The technician came at our schedule time so I didn't have to wait for him. He understood the issue (s) with my vents and explained to what could be done to solve them. He seems to be very professional and responsible.
Reacted to our needs in a timely manner and even discussed and explained our system. Really professional.
I can say without hesitation, after 37 years of dealing with contractors, that it was highly refreshing to have the Summit Homes agent indicate... after evaluating my chimney...that there were no repairs needed. The Home Inspector we hired prior to buying the home indicated several repairs were needed. I would recommend them due to their honesty in evaluating my alleged repairs.
Mike was very helpful with cleaning my new house's air ducts and troubleshooting my dryer vent situation. Definitely recommend!
We recently purchased an older home, and our pest management technician pointed out a few areas of concern on one of the stone walls. Summit Home Pros was great to work with from start to finish. They came out promptly, completed a thorough inspection, and provided a fair estimate for the tuckpointing work. The project was completed within the timeframe discussed, and throughout the process they communicated additional areas of concern they noticed while working. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with — we would absolutely hire them again.
He was on time and explained everything . Very pleased
We had a great experience and will continue to use them for all our projects
Mike is a very pleasant professional guy anytime I called him or emailed him. He immediately got back to me with the answer. I was very pleased with his efforts to get exactly what I wanted for my new fireplace. Insert he works steadily and I trust the quality of his work.
We had a great experience with Summit Home Pros doing our duct cleaning. We even had a question after they left and they were happy to take our call and help us. Thank you for the great work!
Summit is reliable & an expert in cleaning gas dryer vents.
Quick response and able to schedule on a day we wanted. They were on time and got the job done quickly. Highly recommended.
My brain wasn’t working when I wrote that last review lol but MIKE is awesome!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!
Matt was amazing! He answered super fast to my first message. Then we had a family emergency the night before he was originally supposed to come and do the vents. I messaged him and he was so sweet and caring and had no issue with changing the day! He was even a few minutes early to the time he was to come! He came with another guy (don’t recall his name 🤦🏼♀️) but they got the job done quickly and efficiently! He showed us pictures of before and after and our 60 year old house had never had the vents cleaned. Absolutely disgusting but looks almost brand new with Matt’s work! Would recommend to anyone!!! Thanks Matt!!
Would highly recommend Mike based on his work quality, communication and overall attention to detail. He really helped me out when I noticed various step cracks on my house. Great to know the brick is in much better shape. He explained to me every step of the way and was incredible to work with. Thanks Mike and look forward to working with you again.
