He gave two possible issues: one of them not being able to fix themselves and another (window) which would be included. When I said that it is expensive because of the difference of possible issues, he just hung up on me

So I was excited to finally get my couches and are rug cleaned. When the cleaner got to my place the employee was very nice and professional and seemed like he knew what he was doing. I was doing other things around my place while he spent about 2 hours cleaning the couch. At the end he said he was done but had to take the rug with him because a piece to the hose wasn’t working to be able to spray the treatment. I said it was ok and originally they were going to drop it back off later that day. Before he left I was looking at the couches and touching it and wasn’t really impressed. There was still a lot of stains and a lot of dog hair. It honestly just seemed like the couches got vacuumed and only the stains were sprayed with treatment and thats it. I touched the couches immediately after he said he was finished and they were still dry and looked dirty to me. Then after a couple days my rug got dropped off instead of later that day. I told the cleaner that the rug smelled kinda bad because my dog had an accident on it a couple month back and I tried cleaning it mysef but couldn’t really get the smell out fully. Once he dropped it off i could immediately tell that it still smelled bad. Like i said, the cleaner was a nice guy and looked like he was working hard... I even bought him lunch. But i just wasn’t impressed.

Juan did a great job cleaning the carpets! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful while working. He was willing to do everything I needed and he gave me a great value. I would definitely recommend him as he is great at what he does and a good guy to work with.
