Reza was fantastic!! So professional and knowledgeable about putting the furniture together. He even did an additional task of attaching my son’s monitors to the desk which was so helpful. I am going to contact him for any other projects we have!

I had such a great experience with Sunfix Property Services! Mr. Reza was super reliable, professional, punctual and organized. Got the job, assembling a bookcase, done in no time! Also gave me some ideas for some other projects around the house…..and I will not hesitate to hire him for those! I highly recommend Mr. Reza for all your handyman projects! Excellent!

Great experience working together on installing a glass panel on my shower. Superior work, quality and professionalism. Took his time, but was still. I plan on hiring this company for additional jobs in the near future. The photo taken is fresh after the panel was installed.

I contacted Sunfix for assistance with repairing several lifting vinyl plank tiles. Reza was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He was interested not only in completing the repair but also in identifying the cause of the problem to help ensure it would not happen again. Although he already had other appointments, Reza was willing to work later and fit me into his schedule so the repair could be completed promptly for my tenants. Ultimately, the original flooring contractor agreed to make the repairs, so I did not get the opportunity to use Sunfix. However, based on Reza’s excellent communication, knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, I would recommend his services and look forward to working with him in the future.

I got exactly what I needed! Rapid response, quality work, great price!

Overall I’m happy with the baseboards he did for my kitchen. He had to push our original appointment to another day but he communicated well. We went over everything up front, and while he checked in with a few questions along the way, the end result was exactly what I asked for. He works a bit slow so budget extra time and pricing ran a little higher than what I wanted to pay. But the quality made it worth it. Would recommend for solid craftsmanship.

Rez is a pro's pro. The man can do it all, from putting together a kitchen cabinet to a makeup vanity, hanging mirrors, putting up pictures and floating shelves. He can make the hardest job look simple because he knows what he is doing and has the right tools. You will not be disappointed if you hire him.

I needed someone to assemble a large conference room table and 10 chairs after business hours, and Reza exceeded every expectation. After putting in a full day of work, he came to our office that evening and, within just a few hours, had everything assembled perfectly. He even hauled away all of the packaging and cleaned up the entire area before he left. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism, response time, attention to detail, and overall quality of work. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. If you're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and efficient, I highly recommend Reza. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects!

Reza arrived on time and demonstrated a very professional and responsible attitude throughout the installation. He carefully followed the instructions in the diagram and ensured everything was completed correctly. Whenever he had doubts or needed clarification, he communicated proactively and asked questions rather than making assumptions, which helped ensure the setup was executed properly. He was detail-oriented, cooperative, and easy to work with. Overall, Sergiy did an excellent job and showed a high level of professionalism and reliability.
