Great services from Sunny Pro Services. All my apartment furniture was skillfully assembled in one day, and the quality of the build was exceptional. He was prompt, responsive, and highly professional. Will be using his services again.
Ibtisam was professional and responded quickly. However, he appeared to be rushing to his next job and installed the battery on the electric desk backward, which prevented the desk from being set up properly. I had to unscrew the battery and flip it over so the desk could correctly sense the floor and complete the setup. He also left without confirming that the payment had gone through. The payment did not process, and our bank indicated that the issue was with their payment-processing system. We ultimately had to send the payment through Venmo, creating additional work and inconvenience that we were not expecting.
Sunny was fantastic! He was very professional and his responsiveness and quality of work was stellar. I had a lot of furniture assembly, and he brought all of the tools and made my move-in transition seamless. I will definitely be utilizing his services again.
