Jacob is honest and offered to correct the mistake the date I reported it. Unfortunately it took a lot of worry, big stress and time to figure out what was wrong , ho a se and that the cause was a mistake that you made Jacob. I had to hire an expensive plumber to tell me the problem was that the washers hot and cold were reversed. Neighbors and store could not tell me what might be wrong. I had to hire a plumber which is expensive.

Reviews
He decided to withdraw his estimate. However we found him to be very prompt with all communication and very upfront and honest. A very positive professional experience working with him.
Work done by sunset was great and very well priced! He answered all of my questions and concerns. Will definitely be using his services again.
I wanted grab bars installed on a fiberglass shower along with picture hanging & installation of some towel racks. Jacob advised me that installing the grab bars on the fiberglass wall was not a good idea as it was hollow behind the fiberglass. I appreciate his honesty. He paid great attention to detail on the other work I had him do. He did a great job & promised to research a solution for the grab bars. Jacob is polite, prompt & professional.
Jacob showed up when he said he would and he spoke not a word but went straight to his work, He was courteous and knew what he was doing. His price gave me a good return on my handy man repair dollar. I am going to call him again for further repairs, Bob Villa has nothing on him
Jacob is the upmost professional! I couldn’t recommend him more for pretty much anything you might need fixed, installed, or built! Not only is he highly intelligent and skilled, he was very kind and completely respectful. We will hire him again!
Jacob’s a great guy. Was very punctual to arrive on time. He was very professional, paid close attention to detail and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly. Would definitely hire him again..
I will seek to hire Jacob's services again. Jacob knows how to do the job right the first time, is honest, fast and collaborative. Thank you Jacob
