Sunset KG did a great job installing our Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in three rooms. He was very helpful on choosing the underlayment and transition pieces. He is a hard worker with excellent attention to detail. He is very polite and conscientious that the job is done correctly. We love the new floors and would hire him again.

responsive and delivered a professional work product
Professional mannerisms, an avid worker for sure. The completed work looks perfect. I feel confident in it's longevity.
We hired Sunset KG to finish a bathroom remodel in our 100 year old Sears home and are incredibly pleased with the results. The craftsmanship on the tiling is exceptional, and Arapbay was professional, clean, and attentive to detail throughout the entire project.
Besides the Sunset team being some of the nicest guys you’d ever want to work with, they do OUTSTANDING work. A complete gut and remodel of a basement and primary bath as well as new flooring, painting and baseboards in my entire basement. They listened intently to my vision and went above and beyond by assisting me with design ideas as well as the ordering and shopping for the materials. The projects were well worth the wait. I am very satisfied with the work that was done in my home.
Job well done and will use again for sure.
Great handyman. Did backsplash, canned lighting and painting. Kitchen looks fabulous.
Arapbay’s tile work is fantastic. The quality of his work far exceeds the price I paid. Very detail oriented. Would recommend to anyone doing a tile project.
Highly recommend! Good quality and good value.
He tried to fix an outlet , he actually burnt out my washer . Had to call a repair that suggested i buy a new washer . i still had to get an electrician to solved this dangerous mess . I reached out several times and was told his brother would fix it for him , never heard back .
I hired this person for some major repairs so I could get my home ready to sell. Working with this person was beyond stressful, and he took shortcuts on the most critical repairs. He was going to leave some absolutely disgusting subfloor in and just put new flooring in over it, and I had to go out of my way to make sure he ripped it out and replaced it. I had water damaged drywall that needed to be replaced, and he just painted over it. Instead of putting in new trim after installing new floor in the kitchen, he literally reattached broken trim from before the job. He wanted to get the job done quickly, and it wasn’t particularly evident that the quality of the work was important to him. He also “forgot” about half the things on the list. When I addressed these missing items with him, he chose not to come back and fix them. Do not hire this person.
Very professional and high quality construction and handyman
The job was done well and was quick and easy to schedule
Arapbay of Sunset KG was the absolute best contractor I have ever worked with! Whether you need house work done or a home project made, Arapbay is the one you must hire! He built me two slat walls in my condominium and they are just perfect/beautiful. It was better than anything I ever imagined and he made me incredibly confident with him. He truly is talented and a master of his work! His kindness as well will never be forgotten. Plus, he was very fair when it came to his pricing $$. There is no question that if I ever have a future project or need help with my home, he will be the only one I will ever contact!
Amazing quality. Repainted room and fixed major holes in the walls. On time punctual and finished work in one day.
