Service Pricing Estimate • No same day cleaning. 48 hour advanced notice for all cleanings. • Most of our clients get standard recurring cleanings ever 4 weeks and that ranges between $175 (small homes) to $285 (huge homes). • For cleanings ever 2 weeks the price ranges from $125 (small homes) to $195 (huge homes). • To get a more accurate price we recommend you get a free estimate and if you approve it you can schedule your first cleaning at that time. • You may send us pictures of your place or the area of the job for better estimation.

Sunshine Cleaning contacted me within minutes of requesting a quote, which I found professional. I asked the representative if they were located in the United States, as I prefer to do business exclusively with companies based in the U.S., regardless of ethnicity or primary language. Despite asking multiple times where they were located, the representative was evasive. Eventually, they admitted they were not physically in the United States. At that point, I informed them I would not need their services and moved on to the next provider. Shortly after, the owner of Sunshine Cleaning called me, accusing me of being rude. I explained that I was simply direct and pointed out that their representative had been evasive in answering a straightforward question. I reminded the owner that it is my right to choose who I do business with. Instead of understanding, they continued to argue with me.
