Reviews
Maryam is the best GC we have ever worked with. She cares deeply about every part of the work and is on site herself to make sure that everything is up to her very high standards. She was a fantastic communicator, and was extremely trustworthy. Maryam did not give us the lowest quote (Sunshine was in the middle) but we selected her firm because of how knowledgable she was and honest when giving us her quote — I knew she was someone I could trust. She delivered on time and on price. Maryam was extremely value conscious and gave us excellent advice throughout. We have loved working with Maryam and will continue in the future!
The experience with Sunshine Construction was great start to finish. We had them come out and estimate on almost our whole interior. They were quick, easy, and thorough with the estimate. They were easy to schedule very quickly. They did the work (painted four rooms, repaired ceiling defects in drywall and in parts of our old paneling on the walls) very quickly and kept things super clean. We ended up using them for our kitchen remodeling and had the same amazing experience!
Highly recommend Sunshine Construction! They've done multiple projects around our house including painting both interior and exterior, drywall repair, and wallpaper. They always do a fantastic job, with great attention to detail, as well as being very knowledgeable about technique and design. We have a rather old house and they've done some very tricky painting and wallpapering work, and the results are gorgeous.
I had the pleasure of working with sunshine construction for a bathroom renovation project, and I could not be more impressed. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional, they handle every detail with precision and care, consistently exceeding expectations. Very reliable and trustworthy, keeping me updated on progress and adhering to timelines and budgets. I wholeheartedly recommend Sunshine Construction for anyone seeking a skilled and dedicated contractor.
Sunshine Construction recently remodeled our bathroom. Their price was very fair and they helped us save a lot of money on the material. I appreciate how thorough the crew was. They gifted us some material too which we really appreciate. Very friendly and absolute pleasure to work with!
I highly recommend sunshine construction. They showed up on time, finished the job and went the extra mile. The crew was polite and friendly. Maryam was prompt to respond and we are going to hire them for our next projects!
Maryam and her team are great to work with. She's done several projects for me: Estimates are timely and the work is high quality. Highly recommand
Maryam and her team are incredible. The exterior of my house needed a lot and they gave it their all. From start to finish professional and accommodating. Nothing I asked for or needed was out of their element. True experts and super nice guys as well. The perfect combination.
Great price, very nice people, and high-quality work. Maryam went above and beyond to ensure the paint color matched perfectly and everything looked beautiful. We saved a lot of money by choosing them. Highly recommend!
