I loved the entire experience! The director, Jacek, teaches the language by using grammatical principles in a natural way while interacting and conversing with students as you would with friends and family around the dinner table. I found all the instructors to be both professional and caring. Stress free, fun, and I achieved my goal!

After getting an associates degree from the College of Marin and having exhausted their Spanish classes, I felt very fortunate to have found Jacek and SunSpanish so close by. We have people coming from all over the bay area because he does such a fantastic job with his students. As a former architect and being a native of Venezuela himself, he is very organized and has a profound knowledge of the grammar and is truly a natural at teaching. Some of his other teachers are from Spain or other parts of South America and each one brings a whole other interesting perspective on learning Spanish. I never want to miss a class and have structured my work schedule around our group lessons. I have been in an advanced class for almost 2 years now, and it it amazing to see how much I have improved and most of all have gained confidence in speaking in Spanish whenever I get a chance. The people in my group take learning Spanish very seriously and are always interesting and inspiring. I feel very grateful to have this experience.

I have been taking advanced level group and private classes with Jacek for only a few months and have experienced a remarkable expansion in my vocabulary, grammatical complexity and most importantly confidence in speaking. Jacek has a gift for breaking down the structure of the language and can answer questions in English while continuing to challenge all of his students to communicate in Spanish, regardless of level or personality. I too make my entire schedule work around classes as they have become a helpful and above all, an irreplaceably joyful moment in my week.
