Reviews
I recently hired a Octavio to refresh the mulch in my front yard, and I’m very happy with the results. He was punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The mulch was spread evenly, and the entire area looks clean and well-maintained. He also made sure everything was tidy before leaving. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality yard work.
Octavio was very quick to respond, the first to come out to give me an estimate. He quickly provided a price for cleanup and mulch - my yard was extremely overgrown with a lot of weeds. I got two more bids and moved forward with Octavio. He was able to schedule me quickly. Multiple people did the work, it was completed incredibly fast for the amount that needed to be done. They made sure I came out and was happy with the cleanup and weed removal before they added the mulch. The whole process was easy and I definitely made the right choice. Him and his son were very nice and communicative through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Excellent experience with Octavio and his crew! I couldn’t be happier with the work Super Land Services provided on very short notice. My yard was in very sad shape after being neglected due to my need for hip replacement surgery. I contacted SLS on Sunday afternoon, heard back almost immediately and the work was scheduled and completed by Wednesday afternoon. Octavio and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional, punctual, kind and completed the job exactly as agreed upon. The price for such good work is very reasonable. They will be returning in a few days to work on some much needed sprinkler repair. Thank you Octavio!!!
Two people showed up in the day of the project early, earlier than expected. The removed the old disaster of a fence gate and replaced with a new, workable, more private fence. Both gentleman were kind, worked quickly and efficiently.
Had an amazing experience with Octavio and Super Land Services. He came out to provide a quote and estimate on the same day as my inquiry and tow days later got to work on transforming our space. I still can’t believe his efficiency and quality of work! I will absolutely hire him again for maintenance and refer him to my friends and loved ones.
We had Octavio coming for an estimate to install new grass sods in our backyard , the project was pretty challenging as the soil was not leveled but he was very professional and walked us through the process and completed it in the same day, he brought everything we needed and we didn’t had to worry about anything. Our backyard is now beautiful because of his hard work.
Octavio did an outstanding job with our gardening. He is highly professional, and my yard now looks neat and beautiful. I highly recommend his services.
Octavio and his crew were incredibly efficient doing a major clean up of my backyard. they cleared trees and brush and crated neat piles of firewood for future use. They worked quickly, were thorough, and well priced. Highly recommended
The work was awesome, punctuality not so much. Their worker was traveling from Cornelius to Happy Valley and hit a lot of bad traffic to be fair.
Ortavio was prompt and pleasant to work with. He made sure my requests were followed and took on a particularly difficult physical challenge with enthusiasm. I am very pleased with the job he did.
I asked twice for the phone number of their staff so that we can communicate. They ignored me. I picked the available time they provided. On the day of their visit, they kept asking me to reschedule their visit. I don’t understand why can’t they share a phone number? The responses are slow. Poor communication. Not professional.
Octavio did an amazing job trimming my shrubs. I highly recommend his services. Here are some before and after photos :)
Octavio did a great job on my yard, pristine work, mowed, trimmed and cleaned off the yard. Great work.
Fast and efficient. Looking forward to doing business in the future.
Octavio and team were responsive and thorough and did a great job with our yard.
Octavio did a great job. He worked two full days to do clean up on our large overgrown yard, and it was worth it. The yard looks so much bigger. Now I can go out there and feel relaxed and not anxious that there's so much to do. He meticulously pulled out a million dandelions too because I asked for no herbacides. I'm so grateful.
I hired Super Land Services to move some large plants to different locations and to move landscape stones in preparation for a landscaping project. Octavio arrived on time, stayed during the duration of the project and brought along additional work support to get the job done. He has many skills and that was so helpful during the project. Their scheduling was straightforward as well. I would recommend.
Thank you so much! You and your team did a super job. I will need you again to prune my trees. Super value!!!
