Way overpriced. A simple 30 min job with parts only cost less than $20, they charged me $1,000+. Unless it is life or death situation, I will never go back to this company.
Came and walked the job. Decided not to use them but they had good communication.
The company responded quickly to me when the AC went out at 105° outside. The technician Rainier was very punctual and diagnosed the problem right away and was able to install a new motor. I would use them again.

My A/C suddenly stopped working, and it was initially thought that I would need an entirely new circuit board. It turns out that a few wires simply needed adjusted/tightened. The honesty was greatly appreciated and saved me a significant amount of money. I’d highly recommend this company!

Unlike the frosty reception I've received from other technicians, Rainier was a ray of sunshine. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer my endless queries melted away my anxieties like an ice cube on a hot sidewalk. This experience was a refreshing change from the usual AC service blues.
Damaged my breaker 9/27 and never reimbursed me for damage. Dodged me until filed a complaint with Thumbtack then said they would pay for damages they caused and never did while taking jobs on thumbtack but not responding to complaints
