Quote did not match the service. They called and said one thing and did another thing at the beginning of the call. It said it was going to be recorded. I asked for confirmation confirmation of the recorded call and they told me they will check the recording and get back to me of the quote. Horrible service do not hire.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK !! Iāll help you save yourself from a fraud. They will give you a lowball estimate which in reality has nothing to do with your move They will try to come as early as they can before the move. They advertise $598 3 hours 3 guys and a truck but the actual contract is 3 hours 2 guys and a truck easy to miss when just one detail changed. They will be very nice using assurance words such as We are family business many years in business Weāll take care of you Donāt worry etc.. Reality they will use a Forman which will slow the move will stand in a the service alley for 30m with the truck to add to the time of move.. once reach to the new address they will tell you we estimate we need 3 extra hours which is double the original estimate without any additional items (all disclosed exactly prior to receiving the contract) due to double labor time. So from 3 hours it became 7 Hours and if it wasnāt for me to to actually work to move my items they could spent 10 hours. So now you are a hostage waiting to get your stuff unloaded but it wonāt unless you will pay double / triple You will call and they will say we are not based on verbal agreements thatās why we had contracts - donāt listen to the nice words read before paying a deposit ! Compare volume of load measured in CU feet between other estimates. They will tell you on the phone we offered you to come see your items - A complete LIE I have contacted the local DA requesting to open an investigation how many āestimatesā ends up in double triple etc than the original so called āestimateā. based on my experience Iāll say 100% Itās a known tactic which I have fallen into Donāt be next ! Do yourself a huge favor look elsewhere!! Donāt fall for reviews of 5* listen to a real experience
Excellent and timely job.
I was quoted $420 for a simple two-hour moveājust picking up items from a storage unit and driving them two miles. When the movers arrived, they tried to add a third worker and several undisclosed fees that were never part of the original estimate. Their online system suddenly āstopped workingā when it was time to review the charges, and they attempted to bill me almost double the quoted price. I only got the cost reduced after showing proof of the original estimate. They also keep your card on file and charge you automatically without final consent, which is extremely concerning. Beware: this company inflates prices and adds hidden charges. I recommend choosing a more transparent and trustworthy mover.
The overall experience with this company and their employees were great. From booking the appointment for my job to having the handymen take care of the work needed. They asked questions and alerted me to damage on certain pieces of furniture before they started packing them. Overall the job went well but the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the job was estimated to be about 500$ total, however ended up being over 800$ total before tip. Thankfully I could afford it, but I really wasnāt expecting to pay so much more.
