Reviews
Ryan was fabulous. He was so thorough on his inspection that even my realtor was highly impressed. From cost to thoroughness and explaining in detail his findings Ryan was top notch, I would highly recommend!!
Excellent, thorough inspection. Very pleased with the service.
My experience with Superior Inspector Inc was nothing short of fantastic. We hired the company to inspect our new apartment and 2 safety issues, as well as 21 others issues, were found. We never would have thought to check over half of what was checked, including the balcony railing, tile, and the stove attachment. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to hire an inspector for their home or apartment!
Ryan was very professional and paid attentions to all details. We are so grateful to have him to inspect the house - it would save us a lot of work to find the problems and negotiate with the builder later. Highly recommended 👍👍👍
They went out of their way to do a thorough job. Very pleased!
Fantastic experience, personable, knowledgeable, joy to work with. Would recommend to anyone
Ryan and Jossette from Superior were awesome to work with. Ryan did a very professional inspection on the house and there were few findings that were missing from sellers' inspection report (performed only 3 months ago). Those details (electrical, termite and window related) helped me get reasonable credit from the seller. Ryan's walk through of his inspection report was excellent too. I purchased the house as a remote buyer so I relied a lot on Ryan telling me what he saw and touched. He patiently explained to me with details. Jossette was great too. She was very responsive coordinating times and answering questions that I had. Overall, I would recommend Superior without any hesitation!
Could not find a inspector that I felt comfortable going with. These guys are the best Economically, professionally, punctually. They sent me every detail and the report had categories of urgent to minor along with brief summaries of what the just is with that inspected part of the house. Also love all the pics, clear and visible. Not one complaint, will recommend to friends/family. Customer for life ! Inspector: Luis <<< Punctual,Communicative, Professional
Luis did a throrough job and gave a detailed report with photos. He identified a number of issues in the house including hail damage to the roof (that would need a replacement) which was not disclosed by the seller. He was quick in responding to my text and calls. I would definitely recommend him and would hire him again in the future.
