Be on time not 2 hours late. Don’t damage customers property and not say anything about it. When you’re running late communicate call the customer to let them know. Be respectful of the customers time don’t assume they have time to wait hours on you to show up. They have bad communication. At the end of the day they got the move done but it was not a good experience overall. Hopefully in the future they will not book jobs and be late to all of them I used them twice because they were fast with the move and they didn’t damage anything but when I used them again they damaged a dresser so I can not recommend and I will not use them again. They were polite but not professional and that matters to me as a paying customer so they get 1 star

I had an appointment at 10 AM. They did not call saying they would be late at 11 I sent a message. The supervisor said they were in Yucaipa. I explained that that’s over an hour away. At 11 they said they would be here in 40 minutes again no communication at 12. I called them and they say oh we’re just getting off the freeway at this point I don’t believe them and I have to pick up my kids from school by two so I’m not going to wait on them. Pretty crappy when someone’s depending on you.
Superior Moving did an excellent job moving our refrigerator safely and professionally. The team was careful, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Sent package pick up information to be picked up after agreeing on a price and was ghosted. Tried to contact via phone and they keep ignoring phone calls and messages on Thumbtack. This is very unprofessional service , if they didn’t want the business then just reject and don’t leave people waiting.

Superior was exactly that SUPERIOR Extremely communicative, quick response time, kept me updated with time estimates & when we ran into a snag of my fridge not fitting thru my front door quick thinking to remove the doors and problem solve even had his own tools to complete job I HIGHLY recommend & will be using them again
